Connie Huberty is in her 18th season as the Andover High School Varsity Volleyball Coach, and in her 33rd season as a coach at the high school level.
In 1986, after three years of coaching community (today known as club) volleyball, she began her high school coaching career at Archbishop Brady in West St. Paul. Since then, she has been either the Varsity Assistant or Head Coach at So. St. Paul, St. Paul Central, Irondale, and Andover. Connie was named Section Coach of the Year in 2005 and 2007, as well as State AAA Coach of the Year in 2007.

Connie played volleyball, basketball, and fastpitch softball, and is in the Athletic Hall of Fame at both Irondale HS and Concordia University-St. Paul. She currently teaches English and coaches Volleyball and Fastpitch Softball at Andover HS. Connie resides in Andover with her husband, Tim, and family pet, Wrigley. The Hubertys have four children, two son-in-laws, and one granddaughter: Melissa (Nick), Kyle, Heidi (Tom)(Aria), and Sydney (18).
